NOTICE OF THE INTENT OF THE
TETON COUNTY BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
TO ADOPT FEES FOR THE TETON COUNTY FAIR & FAIRGROUNDS
Public Hearing on December 5, 2023
Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held by the Teton County Board of County Commissioners for the purpose of considering Fees for Teton County Fair & Fairgrounds pursuant to Wyoming Statute §16-3-103. The Public Hearing will be held in the Commissioners Meeting Room of the Teton County Administration Building at 200 S. Willow Street in Jackson, Wyoming, on December 5, 2023, in a regular meeting that begins at 9:00 AM. Information regarding the fees and the proposed fees may be obtained from the Fair & Fairgrounds Division, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, by telephone at 307-733-5289 or in person at 305 W. Snow King Ave or obtain a copy of the proposed fees at the County Clerk’s Office, 200 S. Willow St., Jackson, WY. The proposed fees can also be viewed online at http://www.tetoncountywy.gov/1935/Public-Comment Comments can be submitted in writing to Rachel Grimes, Fair & Fairgrounds Manager, P.O. Box 3075, Jackson, WY 83001, and at the public hearing to be held on December 5, 2023.
These proposed fees comply with Wyoming Statute §9-5-304 and a copy of the assessment may be obtained from the same office listed above, the Fair & Fairgrounds Division.
The Teton County Board of County Commissioners are authorized to implement fees for the use of a public facility owned and operated by Teton County.
