Dear Booth Vendor Applicant:

The Teton County Fair Board is gearing up for A "Hole" Lot of Fun, the 2010 Teton County Fair. Our fair dates are Saturday, July 24 - Sunday, August 1. We invite you to join us in the fun and participate as a vendor in our booth area. Vendor booths set up on Wednesday, July 28 and will be operating Thursday, July 29 through Sunday, August 1. Required hours of operation are from 11:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Thursday, 11:00 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. on Friday and Saturday and 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Sunday). An estimated 30,000 plus people attended the fair last year.

The booth rental fee per 10’ x 10’ space is $100.00 for non-profit vendors, and $150.00 for profit/commercial vendors, with a $150.00 deposit per vendor. In addition, you must purchase at least 1 (one) weekly parking pass for $35.00. The fee for vendors whose main product is food or beverage is $200.00 per 10’ x 10’ space, regardless of status. To receive the non-profit fee, you must submit a copy of your 501(C3) certificate. The size of each booth is 10' x 10' with three sides of plywood and a plastic covering over the top. Please note that booths are pre-built, therefore it is important that you request on your contract if you want an open front or a closed front with counter top. We will not be able to do any alterations after they are constructed. If your booth area takes up more space than originally requested, you will be charged accordingly.

There are no overnight facilities available at the fairgrounds. If you need lodging or camping, it is highly recommended that you make these arrangements as soon as possible, as fair week is a high tourist week.

For your benefit, as well as for the customer, we would like to minimize the duplication of food products being sold. You may be asked to choose a different product. People like variety! To minimize duplication of products being sold, the Teton County Fair Board reserves the right to refuse the sale of a specific product.

Best decorated booth contest! Winner will receive a ribbon to display on their booth and will be refunded the rental fee for one booth space (up to $150).

Please download a Vendor Rules and Regulations sheet for more details (top of this page). We must receive this contract with payment to assign a booth. We suggest you get your money in as soon as possible. Please make your check payable to TETON COUNTY FAIR. Amount of check must include the rental fee, the parking fee, the deposit and the insurance and 220V electricity, if applicable.
